Requirements:

  • Ages 10 years or older

  • Good physical health

    • Comfortable going up stairs as well as walking/standing for a majority of the tour

    Capacity: Maximum of 8 people per tour

Important:

* Conventional sunscreen is not used to protect the reefs. It is recommended to use biodegradable sunscreen.

* Reservations are required to guarantee availability.

* This tour is not suitable for passengers with reduced mobility, those prone to motion sickness, or pregnant women.

* Passengers under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

* The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18.

* The minimum age to snorkel is 5 years old.

* Alcoholic beverages are served after the snorkeling activity.

* Snorkeling is not available for people with heart or lung problems, asthma, epilepsy, or who have undergone surgery within the last 6 months.

* The use of sunscreen is not permitted while snorkeling to preserve the reefs. Please wear long sleeves and a hat.

* Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed on the tour.

The Port Authority informs us that, in accordance with Article 653 of the Maritime Law Regulations and the fourteenth condition for nautical tourism, the following is established:

1. Children under 5 years of age are not permitted on vessels dedicated to nautical tourism.

2. Pregnant women are not permitted on vessels designated for nautical tourism.

3. Persons with reduced mobility may not board nautical tourism vessels.

Cancellation Policy:

Our refund and cancellation policy works as follows:

If you cancel 48 hours in advance of the previously booked activity, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.

To cancel, please email us at info@yakuunha.com using the same email address you used to book. Your refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method used for the reservation. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Activities that are canceled by Yakuun Ha Cozumel tours will be 100% refundable due to weather conditions such as:

tropical storm

Port closed

natural disaster
