Important:

* Conventional sunscreen is not used to protect the reefs. It is recommended to use.

* Biodegradable sunscreen.

* Reservations are required to guarantee availability.

* This tour is not suitable for passangers with reduced mobility, those phone to motion sickness, or pregnant women.

* Passangers under 18 years of age MUST be accompained by a parent or guardian.

* The Minimum age to consume alcohol is 18

* The minimum age to snorkel is 5 years old.

* Alcoholic beverages are served after the snorkeling activity.

* Snorkeling is not available for people with heart or lubg problems, asthma, epilepsy, or who have undergone surgery withitn the last 6 months.

* The use of sunscreen is not permitted while snorkeling to preserve the reefs. please wear long sleeves and a hat.

* Anyone under the influence of drugs of alcohol will not be allowed on the tour.

The Port Autority informs us that, in accordance with article 653 of the Maritime Law Regulations naf the fourteenth condition for nautical tourism, the following is established:

1.⁠ ⁠Children under 5 years of age are not permitted on vessels dedicated to nautical tourism.

2.- Pregnant women are not permited on vessels designated for nautical tourism.

3.- Persons with reduced mobility may not board nautical tourism vessels

Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy works as follows:

If you cancel 48 hours or more before your pre-booked activity you will receive a 50% refound.

If you cancel more than 72 hours or more before your activity, you will receive a 90% refound. To cancel please email us at “info@yakuunha.com” using the same email address you used to book. Your refound will be automatically credited to the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that refounds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Activities canceled by Yakuun Ha Cozumel Tours are 100% refundable due to weather conditions such as:

• Hurricane

• Tropical Storm

• Port Closure

• Natural Disaster
