Cancellations by the Customer

At Yakuun Ha Cozumel Tours, we aim to be clear and flexible. Our refund policy works as follows:

• More than 72 hours before the tour: a 90% refund of the amount paid.

• Between 48 and 72 hours before the tour: a 50% refund of the amount paid.

• Less than 48 hours before the tour: the reservation is non‑refundable.

Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the reservation. Processing time may vary between 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Weather‑Related Cancellations

If the activity must be canceled due to conditions beyond our control, you will receive a 100% refund. This includes:

• Hurricane

• Tropical storm

• Port closure

• Unsafe sea or weather conditions

• Any natural event that prevents the tour from being conducted safely

Important Notes

• The tour requires good mobility and is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with severe motion sickness.

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

The minimum age for snorkeling is 5 years.
